Can our PTA or PTO use its own Stripe account?
Yes. The website connects to the Stripe account of whichever organization is collecting the funds, whether that is your PTA, PTO, parent club or the school itself. Donations go straight to that account.
What happens when our board changes each year?
The website, campaigns and donor records stay with the organization, not with any one volunteer. New officers simply get their own dashboard login.
Can treasurers get a record of every donation?
Yes. Treasurers can search and filter donations and export them to CSV for bookkeeping. Payouts and fees are also visible in your own Stripe dashboard.
Do parents need to create an account to donate?
No. Donors simply choose an amount and pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. They receive a receipt by email.
